I tried many times to use efile fill out every ting then to much time and site expire never could get back in after many times and haveing it conpleted and then lost ..I went in to TAX Brain very simple to use I can go in and out when I finshed all the question and got all the figure i submited to Irs only to get a message saying some other soft ware programing such as Tax Brain had already been use .. Thats crazy because I still dont have any comueication from efile and can not sumitt Tax Brain witch is the one I want

My suggestion is as follows: the message saying that other software has been used, leads to the possible conclusion that you might have already actually filed the return
Try calling IRS directly at 1-880-829-1040 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
or the IRS Refund Hotline at 1-800-829-1954 (they maybe able to help you also)
The other possible solution is contact the software company directly Tax Brain, they should have a customer service telephone number to use
