I STILL OWE PROPERTY TAXES FROM 2008 AND 2009 WHAT CAN I DO CURRENTLY I AM UNEMPLOYED .

There is not much you can do. If you sell the property, then the taxes will be taken out of any proceeds that might be available.
If you get a job and can start to pay them back, you can do that.. most localities do not do rapid foreclosures on homes where property taxes are past due.
The past due property taxes remain as a lien on the property.
