My ex-husband filed for our son and I have court documents that signed by the judge saying that I am to claim our son. What do I do?
I've already tried...
My ex husband had claimed our son this year on taxes and I have a court document signed by the Judge that stats I the mother am to claim our son. He also had an interperter from the court read the court document that stats that I am to claim our son and he is to claim our daughter and he understood this my ex said. I had then asked his Lawyer, "And what happens if my ex files for our son this coming year?" She responded with "Then he is in trouble with fraud" I just need to know what to do at this point and if I can also find out if my ex claimed our daughter too.

At this point, I would suggest filing your return on paper and not e-filing. Include a copy of the relevant court documents and a brief explanation about what happened. Claim your son as a dependent, and if you have the right to claim your daughter, then claim her, too.
From your summary, it sounds as if you had spoken with your ex-husband's lawyer before this happened. You might want to contact her again. Even if she does not answer your questions, she is obligated to work within the court stipulations.
