I let a tax service center file my taxes for me electronically. I just looked at my paperwork and realized that they had me down as head of household.See, I recently had to move in with a family member and am no longer head of the household. I think she filed that status and I want to know how will that affect me?

I've already tried...
I just want some answers.

There will be more information needed to answer your question. The fact that you recently moved in with a family member does not have to mean that you are qualified for HOH status for 2009. When did you moved in?
If you are not qualified to be HOH for 2009 you should file amended tax reurn. Change to single filing status would cause your tax refund (if any) to be lower. The question what the IRS will do if you do not amend your return is wether they will audit you or not. In general, if they dont audit you (they can go 3 years back) and your return is accepted (if electronically filed you should know it within 24 hrs) it will remain this way. If IRS audits you than they will change your satus (if you realy do not qualify to be a HOH) and assess additional tax (difference between single and HOH) and late penalies and interest.
