I've been taking care of my mother that is blind and disabled for the past six years after the death of her mom my grandmother. There was a trust which I'm the successor of trustee of, however having to take care of my mother financially there isn't anything left from that trust. Having to sell two homes within six years because i couldn't afford the mortgage payments and anything i earn is all but gone. I pay for her 24/7 caregiving, rent on her home, bills, and more. Is there anything i can do that i may be able to get some return from any of this?

I've already tried...

To respond to your question in the other thread:

If you have receipts for the last few years, you are in better shape than some people. I'd recommend making an attempt to organize what you have, rather than going to an accountant with a shoebox containing several years of papers. Even labeling folders with a year and separating the papers would help greatly.

Then it's just a matter of passing along what you have to a preparer. From the situation you have described, though, you also will want to have information about any mortgage interest you paid, and you will need to have amounts for the health care expenses for your mother.

Tax-wise, it sounds as if you qualify for Head of Household status on your returns. Perhaps you already are claiming that status.

Outside of the tax realm, you might want to look into a caregiver situation where financial assistance is provided. Here, you would speak to the county health department and proceed from there. I can look into how that process is handled in Texas, but you likely will have more direct knowledge of the local agencies.
