am i eligable to also claim my greatgrandson who lived with me half of 2009, his father claimed him on his return for the first half of 2009 with whom he lived. if so what credits are i'm eligable.
2. i was self employed in 2009, what form do i use to report this income, also i'm on social security and geet a pension

If his father has already claimed him, then you cannot claim him again. IRS will reject your return because a dependent has been claimed by two people.

You need to use Schedule C or CEZ to report your self-employed income. Social Security and Pension distribution are different items on tax form.
