what do i do if i recieved a1099 after i already filed my taxes

Firs, I think I can assume that it's 1099MISC. If this is the case you would have to file Form 1040X (amended) in case of an individual return and report the extra income. However if you are self employed there may be a way to minimize the potential tax liability. In a case it is not income from self employment you would have to approach this problem differently. In any case I would recommend using a professional.
