i did not have any earnings for the year i have been drawling workers comp for the last year but i own my house will i get any refund at all if i file taxes

From what you tell, there would be no advantage to filing this year. Your home (and other itemized deductions) reduce your taxable income on your tax return. If you do not have any income, you would not receive any benefit from your deductions. Nor would there be any refund this year.
