I see there's been no response to your question from February. I'm new to the site as of last week, but not new to tax. One question: did you already file/extend for 2009? You are still able to amend 2008's tax filing. A 1099 would likely affect your entire tax filing, but would not be complicated.
The link to this specific form for 2008 is: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040sc--2008.pdf. In case you need other forms, the path is: IRS.gov>Forms and Publications>Previous years>2008 then scroll down to the group of 1040 or other forms and instructions you might need.
Please let me know if you need more help, and if not, l would appreciate a positive review!
