I cant find a web site that will let me download a 2008 schedule c form. I did not enter one 1099 income form last year and need to amend it before I can fle this years taxes. Is that correct? and where can I download it? One websites let me write right in the form but it didnt have 2008

I've already tried...
do I only get to ask one question for 45-10? Im on SSI? Is this my first question? :)

I see there's been no response to your question from February. I'm new to the site as of last week, but not new to tax. One question: did you already file/extend for 2009? You are still able to amend 2008's tax filing. A 1099 would likely affect your entire tax filing, but would not be complicated.

The link to this specific form for 2008 is: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040sc--2008.pdf. In case you need other forms, the path is: IRS.gov>Forms and Publications>Previous years>2008 then scroll down to the group of 1040 or other forms and instructions you might need.
