can my daughter's dad and i both file our daughter? i as isupport her and he as she lives with him?

How you can both benefit from claiming your daughter is that
one of you file as head of household -check the box that states she is not your dependant other spouse claim single with your daughter as dependant. You cannot both claim the dependant exemption. Nor can you both claim Head of Household. Make sure that you agree on who is claiming what status.

HOH - no exemption
Single- with exemption
