can i de-duct any portion of my annual maintenance fee for a time share,or any other de-ductions,ect on a loan to purchase time shares

Their are limited deductions to timeshare properties. The only way to benefit from a timeshare is to treat it as a rental property and make sure you keep track of the rental transactions

Although you are unable to deduct the maintenance fee's and loan fee's on the purchase of a time-share, you are able to deduct the Real Estate Property Taxes that you have paid on the time-share for each year that you have paid the taxes for the time-share.
