2009 I recieved about $3600 From AFLAC short term Disability Policy,I'm told that because it was taxed every week tn my paycheck that it's not reportable ? at tax time? is this correct and if not what is the required to be filed at income tax time? live in New York

If you mean that you had money deducted from your paycheck to pay for this disability insurance, then it would not be taxable.

You don't have to file anything.

If you have not received a 1099 or W2 for this income by this time, this would also mean it is not taxable.
