"Working with Craig has been fantastic - he's knowledgeable, articulate, and patient. He takes time to discuss details that other accountants omit. He takes his time in making sure that your goals are met - other accountants I've worked with seemed to care about getting things done and getting the returns "out the door" without really caring about what you really want. I desired my returns done (of course) but also learning and understanding what goes on them, in what form, and how different elements of the forms affect each other. What I got from Craig was an unprecedented service; I would even call it personalized - I don't just have my 2010 taxes done now, I am educated on them as well. He's trustworthy, his work is clean and easy to follow, and communication is prompt and very clear. He is also flexible to work with what you have (Excel, not Quickbooks for me). Highly recommended!"
